Merchant Login Website

The Merchant Login website is a service available to all eSec & SecurePay customers. It allows a secure web-based portal into your transaction history and company details.

Merchants are given the ability to:

• view & search transaction reports;
• produce full details of a transaction;
• refund or reverse a transaction;
• view transaction graphs;
• access direct entry, periodic, and batch products;
• view technical FAQs;
• change contact details;
• contact departments within eSec;
• pay your eSec account online.

The site also has a multi-user interface, whereby an administrator for each merchant may set up additional "users" of the site and grant or revoke access to parts of the site. So your developer may view FAQs, but not view transaction reports; and your accounting department may refund transactions, but may not change contact details.
